Truck Upgrades

Pot Luck - Cottages taken on arrival, with no prior booking at Kembu. We call this
"Truck Upgrades" (See attachment Truck Upgrade price.doc)

Prices for Cottages booked in advance, are Attached on the Price list 2006 $.doc

We can give you the agent commission of 10% if you personally want to pay us, in advance,
for the client accommodation.

The truck company pays camping at $4 per person so this can be viewed as added discount subsidised
by the truck company.

OPTIONS:

1. If you pay in advance for the clients that take accommodation at full price per night.
   Subtract their camping of $4 per person(which the truck will pay when they come) and
   subtract your 10% commission. Then Pay the Balance.
2. If The truck company books for the clients, in advance, but client pays on arrival.
   Client will pay full price for the accommodation minus camping fee, as the camping
   will be paid by the truck on arrival /Truck company get no commission
3. If Clients take Pot Luck and take what is available on arrival, they will pay Truck
   Upgrade price for the accommodation – saving themselves some $. Truck company get
   no commission

ON arrival- Truck passengers can be offered accommodation at the Upgrade Prices.
Accommodation booked in advance cannot be given at Truck Upgrade Prices.

These prices for Upgrade have already had the $4 camping taken off per person.
