SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIESKembu welcomes School Groups at any time of the year.We have had the German School, Hillcrest Secondary and Preparatory, Kisumu International School, St Austin’s, and St Christopher’s using us as a base for field trips and School outings. The campsite is an enclosed safe area set on a 900 Acre farm, children have freedom to play and enjoy a lot more space than in town. Dairy: We have a large herd of the best Friesian cows in Kenya, students can join in on a round of the dairy, milking, feeding calves and learning about food mixing for the best milk production. Farming: We can take children to see harvesting and cultivation of a variety of crops depending on the time of year. We can organize for students to visit a cheese factory and witness the Cheese production process. Race horses: Learn the secrets of breeding successful race horses, petting of foals and mares at feeding times. All the horses go to the Nairobi Racetrack.
